Come and stay the day! Mesa Experience is a day-long campus visit program lasting from 8:30am-2:30pm. You and your guests will tour the campus, meet and talk with current students and professors and enjoy lunch served by our dining service provider. Additionally, you’ll have the opportunity to attend breakout sessions addressing such topics as financial aid, housing, admissions and student life.
Event admission is free for prospective students. Additional guests such as parents, siblings, grandparents, etc. cost $15 per person. This cost includes program materials, giveaways and lunch catered by our award winning dining service. We highly recommend that you pre-register your guests and pay your fee online, a link will be provided with your event confirmation email. This will also speed up your check-in process.
Where to Go: Colorado Mesa University-University Center, 1455 N 12th St, Grand Junction, CO 81501, which is located on the corner of Elm Avenue and 12th Street. The event will be located on the second floor in the Meyer Ballroom.
Where to Park: Parking across campus is free the day of the event. The CMU University Center Parking Garage 2ndlevel and above will be available for guests to use.
This event is separate from New Student Orientation and class registration will not be available on Mesa Experience days.
Once registered for the event, a confirmation email will be sent to your student’s email address that is used for their CMUconnect account.
